SIGMALEK 2.1

General classification
Sigmalek 2.1 is made from 100 % high purity sulfate kraft wood pulp. This board is calendered to medium density which makes it versatile, with excellent insulation and mechanical strength and is used in all applications in oil cooled transformers.

Standard Thickness of Solid Board
0.8, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 & 3.0 mm

Thickness above 4.0 mm upto 50.0 mm are supplied on specific request and thickness above 6.0 mm upto 50.0 mm are supplied in laminated from.

Tolerances

On Thickness :
< 1.5 mm + 7.5 %

> 1.5 mm + 5 %

On sheet size :
+ 5.0 mm

Non Standard thickness can be produced within the range. However, minimum order quantity will have to be 2.5 MT.
