Our insole component division offers a range of ladies and gents moulded insole components, which form the perfect match for a perfect shoe. The component plant is well equipped with the latest imported insole component making machines and a range of moulding dies ranging from 0.5" heel height to 3" heel height. 

This allows us to offer a wide variety of constructions covering half insoles and full insoles in different styles. Additionally, we have close control over the quality of inputs like shank boards and shanks, which match up to prescribed standards for such materials. 

Such close attention we pay is reflected in the quality of our finished components in terms of consistent dimensions, perfect skiving, bevelling and last matching. Additionally, we manufacture our own insole boards, which enables us control a vital aspect of deliveries on time, to suit the footwear manufacturers' production schedules.
