Cellulosic Gaskets manufactured by Flexsole Division using base fibres like wood pulp and are beater added with choice of synthetic lattices. These are manufactured using Microprocessor controlled machines. These products undergo stringent in-process checks of parameters and the final testing of properties to ensure conformance. 

The testing lab is fully equipped with sophisticated machines. The necessary formulations are developed in-house with the help of the strong R&D base the company possesses.

These Gaskets are manufactured under the brand name of Flexseal and are offered currently in 5 different grades to suit various applications. Some of the salient points of the product and its applications are given in the table below.

Flexseal-100 more>>>	Standard cellulose based material, with SBR/NBR and glue-glycerin base. Combines good sealing properties, with added resistance to ambient humidity.	Suitable for a wide variety of sealing applications, particularly in the, automotive segment. This grade has very good fuel, oil and water resistance and therefore can be used as a sealing material in carburetors, fuel pumps, oil pumps, thermostats, oil and, fuel filters, crankcase sealing, gear box, as well as axle areas. Can very comfortably be used up to service temperatures of 140oC.
Flexseal-100 HD-N more>>>	Similar to Flexseal - 100, but incorporating very high performance binders for improved fuel and oil resistance.	Specially developed for Tractor Applications and suited for superior performance in areas like Seal Cover - Transmission Case, Pump, Axle Casing, Final Drive Cover, Power Take-Off Shaft Cover, etc. Has usability up to 140oC - operating temperature.
Flexseal-S160 more>>>	A very high quality gasket material which has a special character called CONTROLLED-SWELL. It is a latent cure product made with SBR. Significant thickness increase improves the sealability and perform well even to flange with surface imperfections.	Specially developed for automotive and industrial sealing applications. It can be used comfortably up to 180oC. The swelling is restricted after complete curing in elevated temperature.
Flexseal-SL140 more>>>	A superior cellulose based gasket material with well engineered oil and fuel sealing properties. Specially chosen heat and hydrocarbon resistant binders give excellent performance in a very wide range of application.	Well suited for automotive and industrial applications where operating temperature up to 140oC.
Flexseal N200 more>>>	A Nitrile Rubber based gasket material with excellent crush resistance at high flange pressures.	Recommended for sealing oils, fuels and water up to 180oC.
