A superior cellulosic leather backer material of international quality, FLEXSTITCH & LEATHERLINE are available in a choice of 0.30mm, 0.60mm, 0.80mm and 1.00mm depending on the end application, in sheets of 1000mm x 1500mm. 

The material is very supple and is characterized by high stitch tear, abrasion resistance, dimension stability, good spring back action and high flex properties. It is non-cracking, has a uniform finish and light in weight. It is also compatible to adhesives. 

Each and every batch of these boards is subjected to the most rigorous quality control tests. Some of these tests include - tensile strength, stitchtear, flexing index etc. The material is environment friendly and PCP free, a key requirement for leather goods exporters now. 

FLEXSTITCH & LEATHERLINE find wide application in leather industry. It is used for socklining applications in shoes with stuck on foam or PU/ PVC coating on one side. It is also very successfully used as eyelet reinforcement in shoes. We also notice that manufacturers of handbags, wallets, vanity bags, brief cases etc., have found it to give excellent support as a leather backer.
