General Description:
The standard cellulose based gasket material with well engineered scaling properties especially suitable for automotive applications.
Flexseal-140 is a non- asbestos gasket treated with elastometic binders which give it very good oil and fuel resistance, with the additional advantage of resistance to atmospheric humidity. Applications of this materials cover a wide range of automotive applications such as sealing of fuel pumps, carburetors, crankcases, gear box, water pumps axle case sealing etc. This materials also finds uses widely in stationary petrol and diesel engines of all sizes, and also industrial applications. Flexseal-100 can be used
up to an operating temperature of 140oC.
